Kuwait Openings ("we", "us", or "our") operates kuwaitopenings.com, a bilingual job-listing and employment-information website. This policy explains what information we process, why we process it, and your choices.

- Accounts: name, email address, password credential, account role, email-verification status and, when used, the identifier supplied by Google Sign-In. Passwords are stored in hashed form.
- Job listings: job and company details, contact information, location, category, description, and other information entered by a job owner.
- Other submissions: job reports, support communications, saved jobs, and notification preferences.
Kuwait Openings does not currently receive job applications, résumés, or cover letters through the website. When a listing provides an external website, telephone number, or email address, any application or contact occurs directly with that third party and is governed by its privacy practices.
When you use the website, our systems and service providers may process IP address, browser and device information, operating system, language, referring page, pages viewed, timestamps, interactions, approximate location derived from network information, cookie identifiers, and security or diagnostic logs.
2. How we use information
- Provide accounts, job listings, saved jobs, reports, notifications, and requested features.
- Authenticate users, verify email addresses, prevent spam, abuse, fraud and security incidents, and enforce posting limits.

6. Retention
We retain information only as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention varies by record type and operational need. Listings may be expired, removed, or retained in restricted administrative records. When an account is deleted, the account and associated content are removed or deactivated according to the website workflow; limited deletion, security, and audit records may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required. Backup copies may remain temporarily until routine rotation completes.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
8. Your choices and rights
