Workshop Supervisor

Now Hiring – Workshop Supervisor (Fishing & Remedial Department)
We’re looking for a hands-on Workshop Supervisor to lead our Fishing & Remedial (F&R) Workshop Operations in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of maintenance, quality, and HSE performance while supporting Field Operations.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:-
· Plan, organize, and oversee all F&R Workshop activities to deliver superior service to clients.
· Manage mobilization, demobilization, and maintenance of Fishing, Milling, Side-Tracking, and Drilling Tools.
·Supervise Workshop Operations, including machining, welding/redressing, grinding, and mechanical repairs.
·Promote a strong HSE and Quality culture across all Workshop functions.
· Ensure compliance with all Testing and Inspection Procedures for tools and equipment.
· Coordinate with Field and Logistics teams to ensure timely readiness of Fishing, Milling and Side-Tracking packages.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:-
·Proven experience in Fishing & Remedial Workshop Operations within the Oil & Gas industry.
·Technical knowledge of Fishing/Milling and Side-Tracking tools and maintenance procedures.
·Strong leadership and organizational skills.
· Excellent understanding of HSE and Quality Management Systems.
