Description
We're Hiring: Senior IT Specialist
Are you an experienced IT professional with a strong background in ERP implementation, Microsoft technologies, technical support, and AI tools? We are looking for a Senior IT Specialist to lead technology initiatives, support business operations, and drive digital transformation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: -
1. Lead and manage ERP system implementation, upgrades, integrations, and user support.
2. Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, networks, and business applications.
3. Administer and support Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
4. Analyze business requirements and recommend technology solutions to improve efficiency.
5. Manage system security, user access, backups, and IT best practices.
6. Support data migration, reporting, and system optimization projects.
7. Identify and implement AI tools and automation solutions to improve productivity and decision-making.
8. Train employees on ERP systems, Microsoft applications, and AI-powered tools.
9. Coordinate with vendors and external consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
10. Maintain IT documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements: -
1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Preferred bilingual.
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or ERP implementation.
4. Proven experience implementing and supporting ERP systems.
5. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, and business applications.
6. Experience in technical support, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management.
7. Understanding of AI tools and how they can be applied in a business environment.
8. Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
9. Ability to train users and drive successful technology adoption.
10. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems.
11. Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
12. Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or multi-site operations.
