Senior Barista – Wow Milky
WOW MILKY is looking for a talented and passionate Senior Barista to join our growing team in Kuwait. If you have strong coffee skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating exceptional beverages, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
☕ Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages according to WOW MILKY standards.
☕ Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and beverage quality across branches.
☕ Perform professional espresso extraction and maintain coffee quality.
☕ Prepare Latte Art designs with high standards.
☕ Prepare V60 coffee using proper brewing techniques.
☕ Provide excellent customer service and create a positive guest experience.
☕ Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
☕ Follow company recipes, SOPs, and operational procedures.
☕ Support branch operations during busy hours, events, and peak periods.
Requirements
* Minimum 4 years of direct F&B experience.
* Proven experience as a Senior Barista or above.
* Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and coffee preparation.
* Excellent Latte Art skills (Heart, Tulip & Swan).
* Experience in V60 preparation.
* Experience in specialty coffee shops or premium café brands is preferred.
* Ability to maintain consistent coffee quality across multiple branches.
* Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* English communication skills required; Arabic is an advantage.
* Transferable residency in Kuwait.
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including late hours when required.
