Description
Job Vacancy: Senior Accountant
Industry: Pharmacy / Medical Retail
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with prior experience in the pharmacy or medical retail sector being a strong preference
• Bilingual — fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Experience handling financial closing, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial reports
• Good knowledge of accounting systems (SAP / Oracle / QuickBooks or similar)
• Experience with pharmaceutical inventory and retail pricing is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CMA/CPA is a plus)
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements
• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial policies
• Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to reconcile financial data with medical stock movement
• Support internal and external audit processes
