Description
Join with us, We're hiring! Salon Sales Executive
Key responsibilities:
Identify and approach new salons, spas, and beauty clinics to expand our customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and key decision makers.
Promote and sell professional hair & beauty products and equipment to achieve sales targets.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions in salons.
Process orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely collections.
Keep updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the salon channel.
Required skills and experience
Proven experience in sales, preferably in professional hair & beauty or salon industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and influence clients.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Valid Kuwaiti driving license is mandatory.
Sales experience is mandatory.
