Brief job description:
• Welcome guests and provide a professional reception experience.
• Manage bookings, appointments, payments, and guest inquiries.
• Explain services, packages, and promotions clearly.
• Coordinate with branch teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and maintain accurate records.

Preferred experience: Reception, hospitality, customer service, luxury retail, clinics, spas, or wellness centres.

General requirements
✓ Transferable Visa 18
✓ Available to join immediately
✓ Strong communication and customer-service skills
✓ Professional, presentable, and service-oriented
✓ Able to work effectively within a team
✓ Good English communication skills for Guest Relations roles
