Position: Production Supervisor
Location: West Shuaiba, Mina Abdullah, Kuwait
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, ensure efficiency, maintain quality standards, and lead the production team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Supervise and coordinate daily production activities
✅ Ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved
✅ Monitor product quality and compliance with company standards
✅ Manage manpower allocation and workflow efficiency
✅ Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company policies
✅ Coordinate with maintenance, warehouse, and other departments as required
✅ Prepare production reports and monitor operational performance
Required Qualifications
🔹 Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, or related field
🔹 Minimum 3 years of experience in production, factory or manufacturing supervision
🔹 Strong leadership and team management skills
🔹 Knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality control
🔹 Good command of English and Arabic is an advantage
🔹 Male candidates only
🔹 Asian nationality is preferred
🔹 Kuwait local candidates only with valid Kuwait Residency
