Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring operational excellence, exceptional guest experience, and sustainable business growth across multiple outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple outlets.
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Lead, coach, and develop outlet management teams.
- Monitor KPIs, control labor and operating costs, and optimize inventory.
- Ensure consistent product quality and outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-8 years of multi-unit operations experience within a coffee chain.
- Strong knowledge of café operations, cost control, inventory management, and customer service.
- Proven experience managing operational KPIs, budgets, and team performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
