We’re Hiring: Medical Sales Representative – Dermatology
Wasfa for Wholesale and Retail Trade Co. is a healthtech company providing healthcare services to customers, doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare partners across Kuwait.
Role Description
We are looking for a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative specialising in dermatology, based in Kuwait. The selected candidate will regularly visit dermatologists and dermatology clinics to introduce Wasfa’s services, build professional relationships, and expand the company’s healthcare network.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists and dermatology clinics.
• Conduct regular field visits to doctors across Kuwait.
• Present and explain Wasfa’s services and partnership opportunities.
• Onboard doctors and clinics to Wasfa’s network.
• Identify new partnership and business development opportunities.
• Achieve assigned onboarding and relationship-development targets.
• Collect market feedback and report on doctors’ and clinics’ needs.
• Represent Wasfa professionally during meetings, visits, and industry activities.
Qualifications
• Degree in pharmacy, medicine, or another related medical field.
• Previous medical sales experience in Kuwait.
• Experience in dermatology, aesthetic medicine, or the skincare sector is required.
• Existing relationships with dermatologists and dermatology clinics are highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence and own car.
