We're Hiring Marketing Officer

We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with experience in branding, digital marketing, content creation, and graphic design who is passionate about building strong brands and delivering impactful marketing campaigns.

- Please Note: This position is open only to Kuwaiti Nationals.

Key Responsibilities:
🔸Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives.
🔸Design and develop packaging artwork, labels, cartons, and other marketing materials.
🔸Create engaging content for social media, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.
🔸Manage the company's social media platforms and website content.
🔸Develop brochures, flyers, catalogs, POS materials, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
🔸Coordinate with the Sales team to support trade marketing activities and product launches.
🔸Liaise with printers, suppliers, advertising agencies, and external vendors.
🔸Ensure consistency of the company's brand identity across all communication channels.
🔸Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support marketing strategies.
🔸Prepare marketing reports and analyze campaign performance.

Qualifications:
🔹Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Business Administration, Fine Arts, or a related field.
🔹Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, branding, graphic design, or digital marketing.
🔹Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, beverage, or consumer goods industries is an advantage.
🔹Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and other design tools.
🔹Strong knowledge of social media management and digital marketing.
🔹Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
