We're Hiring | Marketing & Business Development Officer
We are looking for a motivated Marketing & Business Development Officer to join our team and support the growth of our MEP Contracting, Facility Management, and After-Sales Services business.
Role Summary
Support the company's marketing and business development activities by enhancing brand visibility, preparing marketing materials, identifying business opportunities, and coordinating promotional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage marketing materials, company profiles, and presentations.
* Support business development and client engagement activities.
* Manage the company's website and social media platforms.
* Conduct on-site visits for photography, video shoots, and direct content creation.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
* Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and corporate communications.
Requirements
✔️ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔️ 3–5 years of relevant experience.
✔️ Experience in MEP, Construction, Engineering, Facility Management, or After-Sales Services is preferred.
✔️ Ability to visit project sites for media shoots and/or content creation.
✔️ Proficiency in mobile/desktop video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva) for creating high-engagement Reels, TikToks, and Shorts.
✔️ Strong understanding of short-form video hooks, local social media trends, and storytelling tailored to a B2B and consumer audience.
✔️ Ability to review platform analytics (Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics) to refine the content strategy.
✔️ Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
✔️ Strong communication and organizational skills.
✔️ Fluency in English and Arabic.
