The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance operations within RAMR facility. This role ensures maximum equipment uptime, food safety compliance, and adherence to hygiene and regulatory standards, while leading a team of technicians to support uninterrupted production.
REQUIREMENT:
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage emergency breakdowns
* Bachelor's degree
* 5-8 years of maintenance experience
* Prior experience in F&B, FMCG
