Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and hardware.
- Oversee virtualization environments to ensure high availability and performance.
- Implement and manage backup strategies to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Monitor system security and perform regular updates and patches.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in an IT Specialist or System Admin role.
- Virtualization: Strong hands-on experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware vSphere or Proxmox).
- Backup: Proficient in Veeam Backup & Replication (Configuration, Management, and Recovery).
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of Networking, Windows/Linux Servers, and Active Directory.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure.
