Description
Position :HVAC Maintenance Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems.
Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot faults in chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, ventilation, and exhaust systems.
Supervise HVAC technicians and ensure maintenance work is completed safely and efficiently.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors regarding maintenance activities.
Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
Ensure all HVAC systems operate efficiently and comply with safety and quality standards.
Plan and schedule routine maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
15 years of experience in HVAC maintenance.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Candidate must hold valid kuwait residency and ready to join.
