We're Hiring | Human Resources Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and support our growing operations across Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and engagement
- Oversee training and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Kuwait Labour Law and company policies
- Coordinate payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR administration
- Support organizational development and succession planning
- Prepare HR reports and KPIs for senior management
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (must be an Arab national)
- Minimum 15 years of HR experience, including 7 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law
- Experience in Facilities Management, Hygiene Services, Cleaning, - --Hospitality, or other service industries is highly preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Professional certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, PHR, or SPHR are an advantage
