We're Hiring – HR Counselor & HR Assistant (Kuwait)
Bartone Café & Restaurant is looking for talented HR professionals currently based in India to join our growing team in Kuwait.
- HR Counselor
Experience: 1–3 Years
Requirements:
Age 30 years or below
Fluent in English & Hindi (Mandatory)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patient, polite, approachable, and empathetic personality
Experience in employee relations, onboarding, grievance handling, and staff counseling
Experience in conducting employee orientation, induction, and training sessions is mandatory
- HR Assistant
Experience: 1–3 Years
Requirements:
Age 30 years or below
Fluent in English (Mandatory)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, employee documentation, and maintaining HR records
