Description
We’re Hiring: Erection Engineer (GIS Substation Projects)
We are looking for a qualified Erection Engineer to join our team in Kuwait.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (minimum 4-year program, as per Kuwait standards).
* Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise the installation of Indoor Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) Substation Projects ranging from 132kV to 400kV.
* Ensure all site activities are executed in accordance with client requirements, project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
* Coordinate with Civil, Fire Fighting, and HVAC subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and resolve site issues.
* Review construction drawings, interface layouts, and other technical documents required for installation.
* Review Bills of Materials (BOMs), Quality Plans, and maintain project documentation including daily reports, work schedules, manpower records, and material requisitions.
