We’re Hiring! Creative Content and Social Media Specialist
Passionate about creating engaging content and staying ahead of social media trends? Join our team and help build impactful digital campaigns through creative content and innovative ideas.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop creative content ideas that support marketing campaigns and brand goals.
Create engaging photo & video content for all social media platforms.
Film and edit Reels, TikTok videos and other short-form content.
Plan, schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
Stay updated on social media trends, competitors and industry insights.
Coordinate with influencers and content creators.
Engage with the online community and respond to interactions.
Collaborate with the marketing team on digital campaigns and promotions.
Support events, activations and new product or brand launches.
REQUIREMENTS
Arabic must be your native language.
Good command of English.
Proven experience in social media content creation with a strong portfolio.
Creative thinker with a strong artistic eye and the ability to transform ideas into engaging content.
Passion for social media trends and storytelling.
Experience managing Instagram & TikTok accounts.
Proficient in content creation and scheduling tools.
Basic to advanced video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe or similar).
Photography and videography skills are a plus.
Understanding of the Kuwaiti market is preferred.
Organized, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
