Call Center Officer - Male & Female

Brief job description:
• Answer incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
• Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, and service information.
• Recommend suitable services and promotions based on customer needs.
• Follow up with customers and support branch reception teams.
• Maintain accurate customer and booking information in the system.

Preferred experience: Call centres, telesales, customer service, hospitality, clinics, spas, or wellness centres.

General requirements
✓ Transferable Visa 18
✓ Available to join immediately
✓ Strong communication and customer-service skills
✓ Professional, presentable, and service-oriented
✓ Able to work effectively within a team
✓ Has experience in handling high volume calls
✓ Good Arabic communication skills
