We're Hiring! Business & Data Analytics Technical Lead (IT department)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Lead technical design and delivery of enterprise-grade data integration and DWH solutions
-Build and manage budget, planning, and financial consolidation models
-Design reports, dashboards, and KPIs for business and executive stakeholders
-Oversee, mentor, and grow a team of developers/data engineers
-Present technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
-Enforce data governance and best practices through code reviews
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-10+ years in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics
-Strong hands-on expertise in IBM Cognos Analytics/BI, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1),
Microsoft-Power BI, Tableau
-Experience with SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, and databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2)
-Background in FP&A, budgeting/planning, financial consolidation
-Proven experience leading analytics teams and presales/stakeholder presentations
-BSc in Computer Science or related
