Visa: Article 18 (Transferable)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Wellsite Leader to oversee and coordinate wellsite operations in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will act as the primary on-site representative, ensuring drilling and well activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and supervise all wellsite operations and activities
-Act as the main point of contact between the client, drilling contractor, and service companies
-Ensure operations are conducted safely and in accordance with HSE policies
-Monitor drilling and well activities to ensure adherence to approved programs
-Coordinate daily operations, schedules, and resources at the wellsite
-Review and approve daily reports, operational logs, and service tickets
-Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions
-Ensure compliance with project, client, and regulatory standards
-Provide leadership and guidance to wellsite personnel

Required Skills & Experience:
-Minimum 8–10 years of experience in drilling and well operations
-Proven experience as a Wellsite Leader / Company Man / Site Representative
-Strong knowledge of drilling, completion, and well intervention activities
-Excellent leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills
-Strong understanding of HSE and well control standards
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
-Strong communication and reporting skills
