Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to maintain accurate financial records and support the company’s accounting operations. The ideal candidate will ensure all transactions are properly documented, prepare regular financial reports, and assist with internal and external audits.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily books of accounts and ensure accurate documentation of all financial transactions.
Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports summarizing the company’s transactions.
Provide timely and accurate financial information to management for decision-making.
Develop and update accounting forms and manuals to support bookkeeping activities.
Assist internal and external auditors by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Maintain and review records related to government agencies and compliance
requirements.
Assess accounting needs and make recommendations to the line manager.
Perform cashier duties as required.
Maintain a master spreadsheet tracking various investments.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word proficiently for financial analysis and reporting.
Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
Qualifications and Skills:
Requirement open for all nationals
Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.
Ability to prepare reports and present financial data clearly.
Good command of English language (written and spoken).
