We're Hiring: Property Manager (Bilingual)
- Location: Kuwait

Zaleej Real Estate Co. is looking for an experienced Property Manager to take full ownership of our diversified commercial and residential portfolio in Kuwait.
We're looking for someone who takes real pride in their work — from marketing vacant properties and building lasting tenant relationships to ensuring rent is collected smoothly and on time.
What You'll Do:
✅ Develop and execute marketing plans for vacant units — listings, photography, digital channels, and signage — to accelerate lease-up
✅ Own the end-to-end rent collection cycle: invoice on schedule, follow up directly with tenants on due and overdue rent, and escalate arrears promptly — no delays
✅ Serve as the primary tenant liaison, building relationships that drive satisfaction, retention, and renewals
✅ Manage the full leasing cycle — sourcing, negotiation, renewals, and compliance
✅ Deliver monthly performance reports covering occupancy, income, arrears, and market trends through YARDI
✅ Manage vendor contracts, maintenance budgets, and SLAs
What You Bring:
🔹 5+ years of property/leasing management experience in Kuwait (commercial & residential)
🔹 A proven track record marketing vacant properties and reducing void periods
🔹 Hands-on rent collection and arrears follow-up experience — with results to show for it
🔹 Strong tenant relations skills in the Kuwait market
🔹 Bilingual Arabic/English — read, write, and speak both
🔹 YARDI (or equivalent) proficiency, knowledge of MOJ lease registration and municipality compliance
🔹 Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
🔹 Valid Kuwait Driving License & Transferable Article 18 residency
