Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Piping Supervisor to supervise and coordinate piping construction activities for WP&F, Trunkline, and Hook-Up works in Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in piping installation, offshore/onshore hook-up activities, and pipeline construction, ensuring safe execution, quality compliance, and timely completion of works.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and coordinate all piping fabrication, installation, and hook-up activities at site
-Ensure piping works are executed as per approved drawings, isometrics, and project specifications
-Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, HSE, and engineering teams for smooth site execution
-Oversee trunkline installation and tie-in/hook-up activities
-Ensure compliance with company procedures, project requirements, and HSE standards
-Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment usage at site
-Review piping drawings, alignment, welding, and installation activities
-Conduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanship is maintained
-Resolve site issues and provide technical support to work crews
-Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate with project management team
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
-Minimum 7–12 years of experience in piping supervision within Oil & Gas projects
-Strong experience in WP&F, Trunkline, and Hook-Up activities
-Good knowledge of piping fabrication, welding, installation, and testing
-Ability to read and interpret isometric drawings and pipeline layouts
-Strong leadership, coordination, and site management skills
-Ability to work in fast-paced construction environments and handle pressure
Preferred:
-Previous experience working on KOC/KNPC/major Oil & Gas projects in Kuwait
-Experience in pipeline hook-up, shutdown, and commissioning activities
-Familiarity with international piping and pipeline standards
