WE'RE HIRING
Hospitality & Guest Relation Officer
Responsibilities:
* Welcome guests professionally and ensure high-quality service.
* Manage and update the beverage menu and reception refreshments display
* Oversee F&B standards, stock levels, and ordering.
* Supervise showroom cleanliness and cleaning staff performance.
* Conduct regular inspections to maintain a premium level environment.
* Train service and cleaning staff and support SOP development.
Requirements:
* 3 to 5 years of experience in Hospitality (Hotels/Luxury F&B).
* Supervisory experience managing cleaning or service teams.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Candidates:
Arab or Filipino nationality are preferred due to relevant cultural familiarity and service industry experience in the region.
