Description
We are hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Specialist to join our growing team!
To support data-driven decision-making across e-commerce and retail operations. The role is responsible for developing dashboards, analyzing commercial performance, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering actionable insights across online sales, marketing, customer behavior, merchandising, and omnichannel performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain interactive dashboard and automated reports
* Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, customer behavior, inventory, market
KPIs
* Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly business performance
* Support forecasting, budgeting, and commercial planning
* Identify trends, customer patterns, and opportunities to improve
conversion, profitability, and customer experience
* Work closely with data engineering and IT teams on data infrastructure
enhancement
Requirements
* 3-6+ years in Business Intelligence - retail/e-commerce experience
* Strong experience with BI and visualization tools
* Good SQL skills
* Experience working with Google Analytics, e-commerce platforms
* Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science or any
related fields.
