Are you a dynamic and experienced logistics leader with a background in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry? Weβre looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of our end-to-end supply chain operations in Kuwait.
π Key Responsibilities:
β’ Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
β’ Manage inventory control, stock accuracy, and timely replenishments.
β’ Plan and optimize logistics processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery across outlets.
β’ Lead a team of warehouse staff and drivers; ensure training, performance, and safety compliance.
β’ Coordinate with procurement, operations, and store teams to meet demand.
β’ Ensure HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
β’ Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
β Requirements:
β’ Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably in the F&B or FMCG sector.
β’ Strong understanding of inventory systems, cold chain management, and delivery routing.
β’ Proven leadership and team management skills.
β’ Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Must be currently residing in Kuwait with a valid transferable residency.
