Trading Manager
Kuwait Full-Time
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute the annual trading business plan, sales strategy, and budget
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic decisions
* Oversee tenders, proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations
* Ensure proper documentation of pricing, sales data, and forecasts
* Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing) to ensure smooth execution
* Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new brands and products
* Establish robust sales forecasting and pipeline management systems
**Qualifications:**
* Requirement open to all nationals
* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or related
* Minimum 2+ years in a managerial or assistant managerial role within trading, industrial sales, or OEM-driven business environments.
* Experience in OEM & Principal Management, Managing principal-agent relationships,
* Negotiating agency agreements & Joint business planning
