Technical Project Manager Needed - Fintech Sector: Opportunity to Lead an Innovative Fintech Project 📋 Job Overview
We are looking for a professional Technical Project Manager to join our team and lead the development of a specialized fintech (financial technology) system and application. You will be responsible for managing the project from inception, recruiting and leading a dedicated technical team, and overseeing all development phases until launch.
Essential Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in managing technical projects (preferably in the Fintech or financial applications sector)
- Residence: Must reside in Kuwait
- Nationality: Syrian, Jordanian, Egyptian, or Lebanese
- Availability: Ready to start immediately, full-time
- Technical Skills: Experience in managing the development of systems and applications
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Ability to assign and lead technical teams
- Understanding of the requirements of the Fintech and financial systems sector
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the development of a specialized Fintech system and application from scratch
- Assign and manage a complete technical team (developers, designers, analysts)
- Develop project plans and schedules and manage budgets
- Coordinate with all stakeholders and ensure high-quality project delivery
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and practices in the Fintech sector
