WE ARE HIRING: Technical Assistant to join our team in the Oil & Gas industry, providing essential administrative and technical support to our Engineering and Operations departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Organize, maintain, and manage technical documents and reports
* Coordinate effectively with Engineering and Operations teams
* Track project schedules, progress updates, and daily activity logs
* Prepare technical reports, meeting minutes, and presentations
* Follow up on materials, vendor documentation, and procurement requests
π Qualifications & Requirements:
* Bachelorβs degree in any field
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Visa 18 (Transferable) β Mandatory
* Ready to join
