Key Responsibilities
- Handle full recruitment lifecycle for retail roles (sourcing to hiring)
- Conduct interviews and assessments aligned with brand and role requirements
- Build strong candidate pipelines for ongoing retail hiring needs
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hires
- Maintain ATS data, reports, and recruitment documentation
✅ Requirements
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition within fashion retail
- Strong exposure to high-volume retail hiring
- Solid understanding of recruitment lifecycle and retail workforce dynamics
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Transferable visa 18 and based in Kuwait
Experience Level:
- 3-6 years in fashion retail recruitment
