Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Manager
- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy for retail stores and corporate functions
- Manage high-volume hiring for company departments needs
- Partner with HR leaders to allign manpower needs and support expansion plans
- Drive employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development
- Monitor recruitment KPIs, budgets, and vendor performance
- Coach and guide the Talent Acquisition team
Requirements
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition within fashion retail
- Strong exposure to high-volume retail hiring
- Solid understanding of recruitment lifecycle and retail workforce dynamics
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Transferable visa 18 and based in Kuwait
Experience Level:
- 6-10 years in retail talent acquisition (including leadership exposure)
