Supply Chain Supervisor (Spare Parts)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Supervisor to manage all
activities related to spare parts procurement, inventory, warehousing, and
distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise spare parts procurement, inventory control, and logistics
operations.
· Manage supplier relationships, negotiate prices, and monitor
performance.
. Plan and control stock levels, reorder points, and safety stocks.
· Coordinate with maintenance, workshop, and operations teams for parts
requirements.
· Ensure timely availability of spare parts to reduce downtime.
. Monitor KPIs such as lead time, stock accuracy, and inventory turnover.
· Lead and train warehouse or purchasing team members.
Qualifications:
. Minimum 5 years of experience in spare parts supply chain or related field.
· Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory, and logistics management.
. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, or related
field preferred.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
· Must be currently residing in Kuwait with valid transferable visa.

· Nationality: Any nationality (must be in Kuwait)
