Preferred Nationalities: Jordanian, Palestinian, Syrian
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily store/sales operations, ensuring products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and aligned with company standards.
• Lead, motivate, and train sales or merchandising teams while setting targets and monitoring performance.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and smooth stock flow.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to enhance product visibility, boost sales, and stay competitive.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by resolving issues, enforcing policies, and executing promotions effectively.
