About Us:
We are a leading and fast-growing company in the E-Commerce sector, providing high-quality retail and distribution services across Kuwait. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Supervisor to manage store operations and support our expanding business.

Key Responsibilities:
·        Supervise day-to-day store and warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow.
·        Lead and guide store staff, manage scheduling, and assign daily tasks.
·        Ensure accurate receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
·        Maintain organized and safe storage areas according to company standards.
·        Monitor stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and report discrepancies.
·        Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams for timely order fulfillment.
·        Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
·        Train and support team members to achieve performance objectives.

Requirements:
·        Proven experience as a Store Supervisor or similar role (E-Commerce experience is a plus).
·        Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
·        Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
·        Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems.
·        Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
·        Transferable residency.
