Hiring: Store Supervisor | Agricultural Contracting
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Store Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations and ensure smooth material flow to support our agricultural projects.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise daily warehouse activities (receiving, storage, issuing)
· Ensure materials are properly checked and stored
· Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
· Coordinate with procurement and project/site teams
· Maintain accurate records using ERP or inventory systems
· Conduct regular stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy
· Lead and manage store staff and ensure compliance with safety procedures
🔹 Requirements:
· 3–5 years of experience in warehouse/store operations
· Previous experience in contracting, agriculture, or related field is preferred
· Good knowledge of inventory systems (ERP)
· Strong organizational and supervisory skills
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
