Store Manager

Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
. Manage the store's budget, including payroll, inventory, and operational expenses
· Oversee all daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance
with company policies
. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and professionally
. Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and minimize shrinkage
. Stay informed on new product releases and market trends in electronics, home appliances, fashion, and
beauty
. Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to ensure high performance
. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment

Qualifications:

. Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
. Proven experience as a retail manager or assistant manager, with experience managing
a team of at least 15 people
. Strong background in electronics or home appliance retail is highly desirable
. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
· Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic
. Strong business acumen and analytical skills to manage sales, budgets, &
inventory
