Location: Kuwait

WE ARE HIRING Join Our Team! Sr. Estimation Engineer (Oil & Gas)
Purpose:
Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and supporting tendering, bidding & budgeting for oil & gas
projects to ensure competitiveness and profitability
Key Responsibilities:
Cost Estimation and BOQ Development
• Prepare cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors
• Develop Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
Tendering, Bidding and Post-Bid Support
• Handle tendering and bidding processes (RFQ/RFP) including the related pre-qualification
• Support pre & post-bid clarifications and project budgeting
• Negotiation ability with sub-contractors & vendors
Cost Analysis, Value Engineering and Risk Management
• Perform cost analysis and value engineering
• Identify risks and include contingencies
• Familiar with market prices
• Familiar with KOC, KNPC, KGOC, KIPIC standard & requirements
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and planning teams
• Ensure multi-discipline input (Civil, Mechanical, E&I, CP)
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 15 years in Oil & Gas / EPC estimation and multi-discipline knowledge (Civil, Mechanical, E&I, CP)
• Additional certifications (CCP, PMP, or equivalent) advantageous
