Spare Parts Supervisor – Kuwait
Full-Time | Motor Vehicle Manufacturing Industry
Shoneez Group is seeking a skilled Spare Parts Supervisor to manage and oversee spare parts operations, including inventory, procurement, warehousing, and internal customer support. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational efficiency and minimizing downtime across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and control spare parts inventory; maintain optimal stock levels; conduct regular audits.
Coordinate procurement activities, including supplier orders and purchase management.
Oversee receipt, inspection, organization, storage, and dispatch of spare parts in the warehouse.
Work closely with maintenance and sales teams to forecast demand and plan stock levels.
Train, guide, and supervise mechanics or warehouse team members.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Support internal and external customers in selecting and obtaining the correct parts.
Resolve issues related to part availability, delivery delays, or quality concerns.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive spare parts or related fields
Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Transferable Visa 18
Valid Kuwait driver’s license
Bilingual communication skills preferred
