We are looking for an experienced Spa Manager to lead our team, elevate client experience, and drive operational excellence in a premium spa environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate the spa team to deliver exceptional service.
* Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and performance.
* Drive revenue through services, retail, and packages.
* Ensure a high-end client experience and strong customer retention.
* Maintain top standards of hygiene, quality, and professionalism.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in B/A or Degree in hotel/hospitality management.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in management or supervisory position in a spa or related field.
* knowledgeable in different types of cosmetics and beauty products used in a spa.
* Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
* Must be self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
* Must be able to multi-task in a busy environment.
