We are looking for a Sous Chef for our Cold Kitchen who will be responsible for developing new dishes and ensuring the taste/grammage/recipes are being adhered to.
He is responsible for costing, recipe development, and ensuring grammage and quality is being adhered to.
He should be on top of the kitchen and monitor to make sure that everything is done correctly.
He is responsible in ensuring that all the food goes out to customers in the best quality
