We are looking for a Sous Chef for our Bakery/Pastry kitchen who will be responsible for developing new bakery and pastry items and ensuring the taste/grammage/recipes are being adhered to.
He will be responsible for costing, recipe development, and ensuring grammage and quality is done correctly.
He will be responsible in ensuring that all the food goes out to customers in the best quality.
