Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to manage our company’s online presence. The ideal candidate will develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and manage social media content plans and campaigns.
• Create engaging content (text, image, and video) aligned with brand guidelines.
• Manage daily posts and monitor performance across social media platforms.
• Track and analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and maintain community interaction.
• Manage paid social media campaigns (optional depending on company).
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
• Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, or similar content and scheduling platforms.
Preferred Skills
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.
