Silk Screen Printing Operator

We are looking for an experienced Silk Screen Printing Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in screen printing and be able to produce high-quality prints efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain silk screen printing machines and equipment.

Prepare screens, inks, emulsions, and other printing materials.

Set up screens and align designs accurately for printing.

Print on garments, fabrics, and other materials according to specifications.

Mix and match inks to achieve the required colors.

Inspect finished products for print quality, alignment, color, and consistency.

Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of printing equipment.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Meet daily production targets and deadlines.

Follow workplace safety and quality-control procedures.

Requirements
Previous experience in silk screen printing is preferred.

Good knowledge of screen preparation, printing, and color mixing.

Ability to operate printing equipment independently.

Good attention to detail and quality.

Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Reliable, hardworking, and responsible.

Experience in garment or textile printing is an advantage.
