Shipment In-Charge

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all shipment activities, including import/export operations.
Ensure timely delivery of goods by liaising with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents.
Verify shipment documents (invoices, packing lists, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc.).
Monitor shipment tracking and proactively resolve delays or issues.
Supervise the unloading and receiving of materials and ensure items match delivery documents.
Ensure compliance with Kuwaiti customs regulations and company policies.
Maintain shipment logs and records in coordination with inventory and finance teams.
Prepare reports on shipment status, delays, and cost control.
Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams for stock planning and distribution.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in shipment/logistics or a similar role in Kuwait.
Strong understanding of import/export documentation and customs clearance in Kuwait.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Valid Kuwaiti residency and transferable visa.
