We’re Hiring: Sewing Workshop Supervisor (Women’s Wear)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Sewing Workshop Supervisor to lead our women’s wear tailoring operations and manage a team of tailors.

📍 Location: Kuwait

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and manage tailors and sewing operators
-Ensure production targets and deadlines are met
-Maintain high-quality standards for women’s garments
-Distribute tasks and monitor workflow efficiency
-Coordinate with design/management teams on production plans
-Handle purchasing of raw materials (fabrics & accessories)
-Monitor stock levels and ensure continuous availability of materials
-Evaluate suppliers and manage procurement processes

✅ Requirements:
-Proven experience in women’s wear tailoring or garment production
-Previous supervisory experience is a must
-Strong knowledge of fabrics, patterns, and quality control
-Experience in purchasing and inventory management
-Leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively

🎯 Preferred:
-Experience in boutiques or fashion production
-Good communication skills in English
