โข Education: Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or any related field.โฃ
โข Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, within a recruitment agency, HR outsourcing, or manpower supply company.โฃ
โข Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new client relationships.โฃ
โข Strong understanding of recruitment processes, manpower categories, and labor market trends (local and overseas).โฃ
โข Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.โฃ
โข Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.โฃ
โข Strong organizational and time management skills.โฃ
โข Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.โฃ
โข Fluency in Arabic, English is an advantage.โฃ
โข Hold valid Kuwaiti driving license and have car.โฃ
