We’re looking for a motivated Service Center Supervisor to lead our team, ensure smooth daily operations, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:-
-Supervise and train technicians
-Oversee repair quality & spare parts management
-Monitor KPIs and service performance
-Handle escalated customer cases
-Coordinate with logistics, sales & parts teams
What we’re looking for:
-Proven supervisory/leadership experience in service or technical support (Electronics)
-CRM/ERP knowledge (Must)
Bilingual (Arabic & English) preferred
