Job Title: Service Advisor
About the Role: We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Service Advisor to join our dealership team. The Service Advisor will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their vehicles receive the best care and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their service needs.
Provide accurate estimates and explain repair/maintenance work clearly.
Coordinate with Workshop to ensure timely service delivery.
Maintain service records and follow up with customers.
Deliver excellent customer service to build long-term relationships.
Requirements:
Prior experience in automotive service or customer service preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic technical knowledge of automobiles is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
